What is entertainment speech?

An entertainment speech is one in which the speaker’s common mission is to provide enjoyment. This type of speech is intende for showing more jokes, stories, fun, or smart remarks. It is a Speech design to captivate the public awareness regale or occupy them while passing a message but the manner of speaking used in an impressive speech is typically distinct from a traditional informative or persuasive speech.

  • An entertaining Speech is an after-dinner speech at a gathering or a ” comical recognition” at a dinner.

The purpose of an entertainment speech is to amuse or entertain the public. It’s not intend to share information or to persuade the public of a special opinion because of this entertainment speeches are often humorous and may include jokes or amusing anecdotes.

The primary purpose of a speech to entertain is to have the public relax, make happy and smile and also enjoy others.

The talk should have a pivotal theme or a focus. A series of jokes will not work very well for this type of speech.
